“ We found the young couple who own this business at the Artisan Exchange in West Chester PA. We have sampled their Thai spring rolls a number of times (which are quite yummy). This time we took the plunge and and bought one of their frozen meal, which they tranlate as pad see ew. From other vendors we have often been disappointed with frozen meals, but this couple scored a home run with us. The dinner was ample for the two of us, and for our taste it was excellent. Plenty of flavor, which I suppose one could enhance in a number of ways. We found that a bit of soy sauce and some spices were all that it needed. We had a very pleasant meal, and we will be sure to revisit this couple at the Artisan Exchange! ”
“ This is an EXCELLENT Thai take out location!! It is not a formal sit down restaurant. They effectively run a ghost kitchen out of a shared kitchen space that is shared by a couple of great local businesses. Order on instagram (@kawkaengthai). I tried them when I visited the Saturday artisan market and I'm hooked. There's very little proper traditional Thai food around here and they hit the mark. I've gotten hot food day of and their frozen meals for a busy week and I can say that both are great; the frozen food kept its flavor and texture super well. Support this local business!! ”
